About

For over a decade, I've sat with people one-on-one as an intuitive reader, listening to their hearts, their fears, and the quiet truths they didn't always know how to name. I've worked with people who were single and searching, people tangled in complicated relationships, and people healing from heartbreak that still lived in their bodies. Time and again, I've seen how attachment wounds, unresolved grief, and emotional overwhelm shape the way we connect, or don't.

Before that, I spent 13 years building and running several online dating sites. I witnessed the modern search for love up close: the hope, the exhaustion, the disappointment, and the deep human desire to be seen and chosen.

And then, life gave me my own curriculum.

After nearly 30 years of marriage, the relationship came to an end. I moved through waves of guilt, grief, and the disorientation of no longer knowing who I was outside of that shared story. I've lived with the ache of being alone after building a life with someone. I've navigated a few short but turbulent relationships that came with steep learning curves. I've cried in the shower more times than I care to count. And I've rebuilt, slowly, awkwardly, and honestly, from the inside out.

It's not just something I teach. It's something I've lived through.

The Work

In many ways, I have always been an intuitive reader. But for a long time, I had no idea. I was a sensitive boy, teenager, and young adult, often "reading" my family, friends, and others without knowing it. I was picking up on their feelings, their energy, what they weren't saying.

Once I understood what was happening, I began to accept that this was going to be part of my life. Over time, I experienced that people were genuinely helped by the guidance I offered. Being an intuitive reader became a natural way to help others.

Originally from Copenhagen, Denmark, I moved to Berkeley, California, in 1997. I started my official training as an intuitive reader in 1998 at the Berkeley Psychic Institute. From 2004 through 2022, I apprenticed with a master teacher and Tibetan Buddhist practitioner named Phyllis Pay at The Intuitive Energy Center.

Over the years, I've come to deeply enjoy tuning into people and helping them get unstuck, receive helpful insights, and discover their hidden gifts. I create a safe and gentle space. People often say they leave sessions feeling more clear, relaxed, and empowered. Some come with a specific question or intention. Others just show up with openness to see what happens.

This isn't therapy. And it's not traditional coaching. It's something human: a conversation, a mirror, a guide through your own inner map. It's both magical and very straightforward.

I call this work guiding. It's not about offering answers or fixes. It's about holding space, being fully present with you as you navigate your own turning points. It's about walking beside you, not ahead of you. And helping you uncover what's already within you, even if it's been hidden for a long time.

This work isn't just about insight. It's about presence. I don't aim to impress you with knowledge. I want to help you feel more like yourself. My hope is that every session brings you closer to your own clarity, honesty, and wholeness.

The Books

I also create books. Over the years, I've published more than 100 nonfiction titles on self-help, spirituality, and the questions that shape how we live, available through Wisdom Manuals. These books grew out of years of listening, writing, and paying attention to the human heart. Each one is simple and clear, not because the territory is simple, but because clarity serves better than complexity when you're trying to find your way.

They are meant to be used. Not read once and shelved, but returned to. Companions for the quiet work of becoming more honest with yourself. Reminders when old patterns resurface. Invitations back to what you already know but keep forgetting.

Wisdom Publishing

More recently, I launched Wisdom Publishing, a guided self-publishing studio. It's for people who have something to say, something they've lived through or learned, and want to turn it into a book. I offer personal support from idea to finished book, without pressure, gatekeeping, or loss of ownership.

Whether you're planning a nonfiction guide or beginning to imagine an illustrated book, you don't have to navigate the process alone. I help you clarify your idea, shape its structure, and move through the practical steps of design, formatting, and publishing, with steadiness and care. AI can be used as a supportive tool if you wish, always in service of your voice, never in place of it.

The aim is simple: to help your wisdom become a finished book you feel proud to share. I'm not here to write your book for you. I'm here to support you, guide you, and help you cross the threshold from inspiration to completed creation, simply, gently, and with confidence.

What Connects It All

All of this, the readings, the books, the publishing, comes from the same place. I believe we are here to accumulate wisdom throughout our lifetime. The wish to accumulate wisdom is a natural progression of life. The wish to support and bring out the wisdom in you is one of my deepest intentions.

Think of it as soul medicine. Not a prescription. A presence. Books that read like mirrors. Sessions that feel like sanctuaries. Writing that slows you down and brings you back to yourself.

I'm here to walk with you as you remember who you are.
