Inner Cartography
What Inner Cartography Offers
Inner Cartography isn’t about finding the right answer or the perfect path. It’s about developing the capacity to navigate your inner landscape with curiosity, compassion, and courage. It’s about learning to trust your own experience as valid and important. It’s about coming home to yourself.
Inner Cartography is a path of remembering, of coming home to the truth of who you are by gently mapping the unseen terrain within you.
It’s a process of making visible what’s been hidden, feeling what was once frozen, and restoring your natural ability to love yourself, others, and life itself.
This is not a quick fix. It’s not about fixing you at all.
It’s about learning to listen inward. To recognize your emotional patterns not as flaws, but as unintegrated stories. To notice where your body still holds on—and how your heart might be protecting something tender, still waiting to be felt.
Imagine a room in your home that you locked up years ago. Maybe you even forgot it was there. Inside are pieces of you, your creativity, your courage, your tenderness, your true voice—waiting patiently in the quiet. Inner Cartography is like walking back to that room with a gentle hand on the doorknob. It’s the moment you remember: "Oh. I’m still here." That unique self was never lost. It was just waiting to be seen, heard, and welcomed back.
The Inner Cartography Map
Every inner life has its own terrain. Mountains of resilience. Valleys of grief. Rivers of desire. Winding paths of old patterns.
In our first step together, I offer a free 30-minute consultation (see below). During this time, I’ll listen closely and ask questions to get a sense of where you are, what you’re carrying, and where you may feel stuck or uncertain.
I will audio record our session and, afterward, create a personal Inner Cartography Map for you. This map is a one-page overview of how I see the inner landscape you’re moving through, your emotional strengths, repeating patterns, tender spots, and desires for the future.
You’ll receive the map as a PDF (see examples to the right). It is yours to keep, whether or not you choose to continue working with me.
The map is not a diagnosis. It’s a mirror, a way of seeing yourself from above, with clarity and compassion. It shows you the terrain of your inner life as I perceive it, and it points to the areas we might explore together should you decide to continue the journey.
The Inner Cartography Journey
Your first session and map are just the beginning. If you’d like to go deeper, I offer a 3-session journey that explores the full terrain of your Inner Cartography.
-
Session 1 (Free): A 30-minute conversation and your first map, offering an overview of where you are now.
-
Session 2: We create your second map, focusing on the Layer of Understanding — how your patterns, emotions, and inner landscapes connect.
-
Session 3: We create your third map, exploring the Layer of Integration — how to weave clarity and healing into daily life.
-
Session 4: A final reflection session where we gather all three maps, look at the bigger picture, and identify your next steps forward.
By the end, you’ll have three personalized maps, written reflections, and a clear sense of where you are and what to focus on as you move forward.

“Seeing my Inner Cartography Map was like holding up a mirror I didn’t know I needed. In just one page, Kim captured the strengths I forget to see in myself, the tender spots I avoid, and the path that feels truest to me. It was both grounding and hopeful, a map I’ll return to again and again.”
— Karli

“The map gave me language for things I had only felt vaguely inside. Seeing it all laid out helped me understand my patterns without judgment and notice the strengths I hadn’t recognized. It felt like someone finally saw the whole picture of me, and that alone was healing.”
— Lorry

The Gift I Bring

From as far back as I can remember, I’ve had a way of sensing people beneath the surface, not in a visual, mystical way, but in a felt, embodied way. When you speak, I don’t just hear your words; I feel the currents moving underneath them. I notice where your energy flows freely, where it knots, and where it holds back.
This gift isn’t something I learned in a book. It has always been with me. Over the years, I’ve come to understand that what I sense are the emotional patterns and energetic maps we each carry. Some call it intuition, others call it empathy. For me, it feels like listening with the whole nervous system.
When we sit together, I don’t impose a method or try to fix you. I attune to where you are and reflect it back in simple, grounded words that make the invisible clear. People often tell me it feels like being deeply seen, often in a way they’ve never experienced before.
This is the heart of Inner Cartography: helping you recognize the patterns shaping your inner life so you can meet yourself with honesty, compassion, and a new sense of direction. And at the center of it all is what I call the alchemy of love, the quiet transformation that happens when awareness meets kindness. When we see ourselves clearly and meet what we find with love, even the most hidden or painful parts of us begin to soften, to heal, and to open.
